Is a vertical slice of an Role Playing Game that I helped develop with peers as a capstone project required for graduating from my game development diploma. The game features combat, cinematics, quests, puzzles, unlockable skills, equipment/inventory, a shop and a polished ui system.

 

My role was as a Systems and UI programmer, in charge of puzzles, skills, equipment tab/inventory and their functionality, a dynamic map system, and such.

Although the game is complete, it was never published

Contribution

​

- Worked on character stats, inventory, equipment, interactable objects like puzzles and many other interfaces.

​

- Dynamic map like google maps, and details/environment rendering depth for camera based on zoom level using a camera culling mask implementation.

​

-Map updates with treasure chests and quests.

 

- Magical skills and passive skills functionality and all ability based things.​

​

- Responsible for creating the compass, quest markers and quest related events, and similar quest related stuff.

​

- Q.A Testing and bug fixes
